It I have to shade it says ... You know that Australia has the most venomous snakes in the world ... well the same goes for real estate agents ... those raging in Australia are the worst kind.
I remember in France, when we rented our apartment in Paris, real estate agent who took care of was very nice and had good contacts with our owner. It has always been a good tenant and when we left everything went well.
If you remember, our departure was made on the hats wheel and we did not have time to clean house! Once in Australia, I called the owner to apologize ... I contacted them to fix the problem, has repeatedly ... after 6 months still nothing. I had to send them an email with a copy to their national office, threatening to be held responsible in case of fire and that I had informed my insurance (which made them move, finally)!
Another ... the girl from the agency, called the slut (indeed it is called the slut when she is, she has seen nothing, it has advantages ...), it happens every 3 months inspect the house. When is she wants the dogs are outside and tie (it's pretty obvious that ChomChom and Todd pitbulls are aggressive). So basically we are obliged to be at home because we will not tie our dogs all day just for her beautiful eyes. So she sent us a letter how she goes on Tuesday.
