"A realtor is a pest species, and smelly bathed in putrid lies and whose sole aim in life is to extract as much money as possible to all living things "

I remember in France, when we rented our apartment in Paris, real estate agent who took care of was very nice and had good contacts with our owner. It has always been a good tenant and when we left everything went well.
